Important Passenger Information - Woolwich Service
Due to the Thames Barrier being closed from 0800 on Thursday 24th August for 2.5 hours we will be unable to operate the 0825 service from Royal Arsenal Woolwich.
No other runs will be affected. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Royal Arsenal Woolwich Weekend Service
Based on feedback from a customer survey, we recently introduced a weekend service between Royal Arsenal Woolwich and Central London.
The weekend service is running on a trial basis for the summer. Unfortunately, passenger numbers to date have been very disappointing, with less than 25 people travelling each day.
We will need to see a dramatic increase to justify the continuation of the service. Anything you can do to help spread the word will be very much appreciated.
Make the most of the Bank Holiday weekend with our 'Kids Go Free' special offer.
An adult can take up to two under-11s for free on any of Thames Clippers routes. Under-fives can already travel on any of Thames Clippers routes for free at all times as long as they are with an adult.
The offer applies all day at weekends and Bank Holidays and from 0930 to 1630 Monday to Friday and runs until 30th September. Visit www.thamesclippers.com for more details. All tickets can be purchased onboard.
