Putney Town Regatta

The Putney Town Regatta was first held in 1911, the year of the coronation of George V, and the 89th event will take place on Saturday 15th May 2010. There are races for all classes of rowing boats, from single sculls to racing eights, plus occasional races for Thames Watermen's Cutters.

The 1200 metre course starts at the Fulham Mile Post and the finish is at the flagpole of the HSBC Rowing Club.
